Léontine, 1803
€4,930
Sapphires strung to sit exactly at the collarbone.
The story
The whole point of this Belle Époque collar is restraint — sapphires, carrying a soft royal blue that seems to come from inside, and nothing more than fine millegrain. It is finished on the inside as carefully as on the face, where no one would ever look.
The last owner was a house in the Tyrol; with a note in the box naming the woman who first wore it. It is the kind of thing you buy once and never think to replace.
